Matters needing attention
1. During the test run, it is forbidden to stand or pass under the frame.
2. The electric control system should not make any two functions work at the same time, so as not to increase unsafe factors.
3. Run each motor at no-load for 30 minutes, check whether there is any abnormality in each part, and the bearing heating temperature should not exceed 40°C.
4. Check whether the lifting device and steering device are flexible in action and whether they run smoothly.
5. Raise the four feet to test whether the front and back walking and steering of the belt conveyor are reliable.
6. The conveyor belt should not be too tight to avoid shortening the service life.
Use and maintenance
1,The four auxiliary feet must be dropped before the machine is moved to the working place, and the screw of the feet must be adjusted so that the base is placed horizontally.
2. When using this machine, it is strictly prohibited to stand or pass under the cantilever.
3. When using this machine, it is not allowed to start with load. Feeding can only take three minutes after starting; stop feeding before stopping, and shut down after the remaining material is delivered.
