Structure and performance characteristics

4. Tensioning device: It is mainly composed of screw rod and adjusting nut. It is fixed at the head, middle and tail of the frame, and under the bearing seat of the driving roller (redirecting roller). Use a wrench to rotate the adjusting nut to drive the roller , adjust the belt tightness and correct belt deviation.

5. Lifting device: mainly composed of motor, oil pump, oil pipe and oil cylinder. When the oil pump is started, the pressure oil enters the cylinder through the oil pipe and pushes the piston to drive the frame up. When the down button is pressed, the piston retracts under the gravity of the frame and the frame returns to the initial position.

6. Steering mechanism: such as automatic rotation, the steering mechanism consists of a rotating frame, a rotating spindle, a pair of bevel gears, and a reducer. 7. Walking mechanism: It is composed of walking wheels and underframe. If automatic walking is required, there is an electric drive device. 1,Shot blasting is carried out on the surface of steel components, and the steel surface is free of visible grease, dirt, oxide scale, iron-zinc and paint coatings and other attachments. Any remaining traces are only small spots or lines.
2,The primer adopts iron oxide zinc chromium primer, and the dry paint film thickness is greater than 40µm.
3,The topcoat is acrylic paint, sprayed with three layers, and the total dry film thickness is ≥100µm.

Matters needing attention
1. During the test run, it is forbidden to stand or pass under the frame.
2. The electric control system should not make any two functions work at the same time, so as not to increase unsafe factors.
3. Run each motor at no-load for 30 minutes, check whether there is any abnormality in each part, and the bearing heating temperature should not exceed 40°C.
4. Check whether the lifting device and steering device are flexible in action and whether they run smoothly.
5. Raise the four feet to test whether the front and back walking and steering of the belt conveyor are reliable.
6. The conveyor belt should not be too tight to avoid shortening the service life.
Use and maintenance
1,The four auxiliary feet must be dropped before the machine is moved to the working place, and the screw of the feet must be adjusted so that the base is placed horizontally.
2. When using this machine, it is strictly prohibited to stand or pass under the cantilever.
3. When using this machine, it is not allowed to start with load. Feeding can only take three minutes after starting; stop feeding before stopping, and shut down after the remaining material is delivered.
4. During the lifting action, the belt conveyor must stop running.
5. In order to ensure the service life of the machine, the rotating bearings and reducers must be regularly oiled. Keep it clean during use, and regularly check the drum, roller, and bearing for abnormalities; whether the lifting cylinder has oil leakage; whether the steel structure is broken.
