(1) Frame

     The upper and lower parts of the frame are welded by hollow square steel as a whole, which becomes the main body of the conveyor. The hollow square steel pipes on both sides of the lower part of the frame play the role of guide rails. (2) Transmission system

(3) Roller and idler

     There are two kinds of rollers: upper roller and lower roller. Both ends are equipped with bearings, which can rotate flexibly. The upper supporting rollers are installed on the frame and double rows in a "V" shape. Their function is to withstand the positive pressure and tangential bottom friction of the grain passing through the conveyor belt, and to guide the conveyor belt. The lower rollers are installed in the frame, arranged in parallel, and their functions are to support and guide the return conveyor belt.

(4) Tensioning device

The bearing seats of the reversing rollers, head and tail rollers are equipped with tensioning devices, which are used to tighten the conveyor belt and correct the deviation of the conveyor belt.

       When adjusting, loosen the two bolts fixing the bearing seat for adjustment, and then tighten the bearing seat assembly bolts after adjustment.

(5) Lifting mechanism

     When the conveyor needs to be raised and lowered, the lifting motor switch has two levels of "up" and "down", the "up" gear is used for lifting, and the "down" gear is used for lowering to complete the lifting action. When the lifting motor starts, it drives the worm gear reducer to rotate,

The lifting action can be started by the wire rope fixed on the output shaft bypassing the retracting action of the lifting passive shaft and the lifting intermediate shaft.

(6) Big and small traveling wheels  

      The large traveling wheel is made of castings, and the outer ring has solid rubber tires. It is connected with the lower end of the front and rear supporting feet to serve as the support and movement of the machine.

      The small walking wheel (universal wheel) has solid rubber tires on the outer ring, which are fixed on both sides of the rear of the frame, as a support for the machine and change direction when moving.

(7) Steering grain throwing machine

The rotating body, a rotating motor and a grain throwing motor are installed below the runway. Drive the rotating body through the chain, and drive roller, reversing roller and pressure roller are installed under the grain throwing frame. The power is driven by the motor through the pulley and the transmission V-belt to drive the pulley on the driving roller, so that the endless conveyor belt runs at high speed, and the multi-angle grain throwing operation is carried out.

(1) When using, first raise the belt conveyor to the required height and stabilize the equipment;
