2、Transmission part

3、Rollers and idlers

There are four rollers, a main driving roller and a reversing roller, which are all installed in the middle of the frame, and the head and tail of each installation.They are all made of steel.

The idler includes two types of upper idler rollers and lower idler rollers, both ends are equipped with bearings, and the rotation is flexible. The upper idler rollers are mounted on the frame and are arranged in a double "V" shape, which is used to withstand the positive pressure and tangential bottom wiping force of the grain passing through the conveyor belt surface, and guide the conveyor belt. The lower idler rollers are installed inside the frame and are arranged in parallel, which is used to support the return conveyor belt and guide. 

4、Tensioning device

The reversing roller, head and tail rollers are installed with bearing seats and equipped with a tensioning device, which is used to tighten the conveyor belt and adjust the deviation of the conveyor belt.

When adjusting, loosen the two bolts that fix the bearing housing for adjustment, and then tighten the bearing assembly bolts.

5、Walking part

The large walking wheel is made of castings with solid rubber tires on the outer ring. It is connected to the lower end of the front and rear feet as a support and movement of the machine.

Small walking wheels (universal wheels) have solid rubber tires on the outer ring, which are fixed on both sides of the rear of the frame, as the machine supports and changes direction when moving.

1. When using, first raise the bulk grain unloading belt conveyor to the required height to stabilize the equipment;

2. The grain unloading equipment is not allowed to start with load, and can only be fed after it runs normally for 3-5 minutes after starting;

3. Before stopping the grain unloading belt conveyor, stop feeding. After the material on the conveyor belt is transported, turn off the motor of the belt conveyor and cut off the power supply;

4. When conveying packaging materials, just unload the hopper of the grain unloading mobile belt conveyor, but the packaging materials must be placed in the center of the conveyor belt to keep the conveyor equipment in a balanced and stable operation;

5. It is strictly forbidden to stand under the grain unloading equipment when the bulk grain unloading belt conveyor is lifting and working;
