The existing unloading method is to use the scraper side unloading machine plus manual cleaning unloading method.

First, the rear part of the truck stops at the side of the belt conveyor, and the unloading personnel block the wood board. Open the side compartment and the grain flows out. Then, the unloading personnel operated the scraper side unloading machine with the remote control to unload the grain.
After the rear half of the car is unloaded, the grain truck will reverse and align the front half of the car with the belt conveyor. Repeat the operation of the rear half of the car again, and unload the front half of the car.
