Mobile telescopic belt conveyor performance:

(1)  The mobile telescopic mobile belt conveyor has a worm gear reducer lifting device. The equipment has a simple structure and can be raised and lowered safely. It can work at any height within the conveying height range. It has the characteristics of automatic lifting. The maximum height is 8 meters and the lowest height is 1.5 meters.

(2)  The mobile telescopic mobile belt conveyor can be extended and retracted through the motor reducer mechanism, the longest can reach 22 meters, and the shortest is 9 meters.

(5) At both sides of the rack of the mobile telescopic belt conveyor, the secondary guide is installed separately.The purpose is to prevent packaged grain from falling during transportation, or packaged grain out of the package.

(6) The three sides below the feeding hopper of the conveyor equipment are equipped with soft plates, so that the hopper and the conveyor belt are seamlessly connected to prevent the grain from leaking during the conveying process.

The mobile telescopic belt conveyor is mainly composed of fixed frame, roller, idler, motor, reducer, bridge shaft, walking wheel, universal wheel, fixed bracket, movable bracket and power distribution box.

1. Frame of mobile belt conveyor

The upper and lower parts of the frame of the conveyor equipment are welded by hollow square steel as a whole to become the main body of the conveyor. The hollow square steel pipes on both sides of the lower part of the frame play the role of guide rails. The roller on the driven shaft rolls along the guide rail, and side guides are installed on both sides of the upper part.

2.  Transmission part of the telescopic mobile belt conveyor

After starting the motor of the telescopic mobile belt conveyor, the motor pulley drives the pulley at one end of the bridge shaft to rotate the bridge shaft; the pulley at the other end of the bridge shaft drives the pulley on the main drive roller shaft to rotate the main drive roller , drive the conveyor belt to run.

3. Rollers and idlers of telescopic mobile belt conveyor

There are a total of four rollers of the Denggao telescopic mobile belt conveyor. One main drive roller is installed in the middle of the frame; three reversing rollers:one are installed at the middle of the frame, one at the head and one at the tail. The rollers are all made of steel.

There are two kinds of rollers: upper roller and lower roller. Both ends are equipped with bearings, which can rotate flexibly. The upper rollers are mounted on the frame and double rows in a "V" shape. Their function is to withstand the positive pressure and tangential bottom rubbing force of the grain passing through the conveyor belt, and guide the conveyor belt. The lower rollers are installed in the frame and arranged in parallel, and their functions are to support the return conveyor belt and guide the conveyor belt.

4. Tensioning device of mobile telescopic belt conveyor

The reversing rollers, head and tail rollers are installed at the bearing seat, equipped with a tensioning device, which is used to tighten the conveyor belt and correct the deviation of the conveyor belt.

5. Lifting mechanism

When the mobile telescopic belt conveyor needs to be lifted, the lifting motor switch is equipped with "up" and "down" two gears, the "up" gear is used for lifting, and the "down" gear is used for lowering to complete the lifting action. When the lifting motor is started, it drives the output shaft of the worm gear reducer to rotate, and the lifting action can be started by retracting and extending the wire rope fixed on the output shaft.

6.The walking mechanism of the mobile telescopic belt conveyor

The large walking wheel of the Denggao telescopic mobile belt conveyor is made of castings, and the outer ring has solid rubber tires. It is connected with the lower ends of the front feet and the rear feet to serve as the support and movement of the machine.

The small walking wheel (universal wheel) of the climbing telescopic mobile belt conveyor adopts solid rubber tires, which are fixed on both sides of the rear of the frame, as the support of the machine and change direction when moving.

7. The electrical control box of the mobile telescopic  belt conveyor

The electrical control box of the mobile telescopic belt conveyor is equipped with a switch device that controls the operation of the motor, which is used to control the operation, lifting, and expansion of the conveyor.

8. Telescopic frame of the mobile telescopic belt conveyor

The telescopic frame is made of rectangular hollow steel pipe. The telescopic frame is placed in the fixed frame, and its lower beam is supported on the rollers of the fixed frame. The upper part of the upper beam is equipped with two rollers that can roll along the bottom of the upper beam. The two inner sides of the lower part of the fixed frame are also provided multiple rollers to prevent the frame from movable deviating.

1. It is forbidden to clean up the grain and impurities in the head, tail roller and their nearby when the belt conveyor equipment is in operation.

2. When overhauling the belt conveyor equipment, dealing with faults or doing other work, you must stop the machine and lock the control switch of the conveyor, and put up a power outage sign saying "If someone is working, it is strictly forbidden to switch on".

3. The operator of the belt conveyor should earnestly implement the post responsibility system and shift shift system, and shall not leave the post without authorization.

4. During the operation of the belt conveyor equipment, it is strictly forbidden for anyone to pass under the conveyor belt or cross over the conveyor belt. When the conveyor belt is slipping, it is strictly forbidden to pull it by hand.

5. When handling the deviation of the conveyor belt, it is strictly forbidden for anyone to directly touch the conveyor belt and rollers with hands, feet and other parts of the body.

6. It is strictly forbidden to climb the conveyor, and it is not allowed to use the conveyor equipment to transport equipment and bulky materials.

Surface treatment and painting of steel components of mobile telescopic belt conveyor

1. The surface of the steel components of the Denggao telescopic mobile belt conveyor is shot blasted, and the steel surface is free of visible grease, dirt, oxide scale, iron, zinc, and paint coatings. Any remaining traces are only points. Slight stains like striated or streaks.

2. The primer of mobile telescopic belt conveyor adopts brushing process, and the top coat adopts spraying process.

3. The coating of primer and middle layer of mobile telescopic belt conveyor are free of defects such as pinholes, bubbles, cracks, wrinkles, shedding, sagging, and paint leakage. The finish is uniform, bright and complete.

4. The primer of mobile telescopic belt conveyor adopts iron oxide zinc chromium primer, and the thickness of the dry paint film is greater than 40µm.

5. The top paint of the mobile telescopic belt conveyor adopts acrylic paint, sprayed with three layers, and the total thickness of the dry film is ≥100µm.

2. The conveyor equipment is not allowed to be started under load, and can be fed after 3-5 minutes of normal operation after starting;

3.Before stopping the conveyor equipment, first stop feeding. After the material on the conveyor belt is transported, turn off the motor and cut off the power supply;

4. When the rollers of the conveyor equipment are not rotating flexibly, they should be replaced and repaired in time;

5. The materials conveyed by the mobile telescopic belt conveyor are not allowed to contain acids, alkalis, oils and various organic solvents;

6. Mobile telescopic belt conveyor should be kept clean during use, and regularly checked for abnormalities such as wear, tear, cracks, and bending. If abnormalities are found, they should be replaced or repaired;

7. Mobile telescopic belt conveyor regularly (every 6 months) add grease or lubricating oil to the lubricated parts;

8. It is strictly forbidden to stand underneath the conveyor equipment when it is lifting and in working condition;

9. The operation of the mobile telescopicbelt conveyor should be checked frequently, and abnormalities should be found, and the fault should be stopped and eliminated;

10.When transporting packaging, just unload the hopper, but the packaging must be placed in the center of the conveyor belt to maintain a balanced operation;

11. When mobile telescopic belt conveyor is not used, the conveyor equipment should be placed in a ventilated and dry place;

12. Mobile telescopic belt conveyor should be repaired every quarter and overhaul once a year.
