Introduction of HZ-II air grain separator:

The mobile HZ-II air grain separator is a kind of grain cleaning machine in Anhui Huazhong Machinery's grain cleaning equipment series. That grain cleaning machine is mainly used for grain cleaning operations before grain being transported to grain warehouse in grain storage enterprises and national grain storage depots. It can also be used for the cleaning of raw materials in grain and oil processing enterprises. The mobile air grain separator can select and classify seeds according to the size of corn, soybean, wheat, and rice grains. At present, there are a large number of customers in the south across the China, because the air grain separator is in the initial cleaning of rice. Initial cleaning: The purpose of the initial cleaning is to remove the large, small and light impurities in the raw grains that are easy to clean, and to strengthen the winnowing to remove most of the dust. It should be pointed out that China’s rice contains large impurities, which are often long, soft and fibrous. If these impurities are not removed first, they will block the import or export of self-chipping pipes, processing equipment, and weighing equipment , or wrapped around the main working parts of the equipment, seriously affecting the normal production. The initial cleaning is not only conducive to giving full play to the technological effects of subsequent procedures, but also conducive to improving sanitary conditions. At present, mobile air separation grain cleaner are mostly used in the early clearing of rice in the southern region of China. Although the vibrating screen can achieve the same effect and can screen more types of grains, because the vibrating screen is more destructive to the rice particles, the majority of customers use the  air grain separator more to clean the rice.

When you need to work, move the HZ-II type air grain separator to the working position, start the fan, screen cylinder and hinged dragon motor, and the machine can be put into work after normal operation. Use the matching conveying equipment to send grain into the hopper. Grain passes through the screen cylinder and the large and light impurities are separated by the screen cylinder and discharged through the large and light impurities outlet. 

The grain falls into the movable baffle I through the gap of the screen cylinder. Under the pressure of the grain, the movable baffle I is separated from the partition II. At this time, the light impurities and dust in the grain are sucked out by the wind and enter the deceleration chamber.

The grain flows down to the movable partition II, which is separated from the partition II under the pressure of the grain. At this time, light impurities and dust in the grain are sucked out by the wind and enter the deceleration chamber.

The light impurities and dust that entered the deceleration chamber twice, due to the weakening of the wind speed, fall into the hinge dragon. The dust entered the dust collector through the fan and fell into the dust storage box. At the same time, the grain enters the mesh above, the small impurities are discharged through the mesh and the small impurities outlet, and the grain is discharged from the net grain outlet.

When there is little food, the movable baffle plate reduces the distance between the movable baffle plate and the partition plate under the action of the counterweight, so that the falling food is evenly distributed so that light impurities and dust are sucked away.

1、If abnormal sound is found in use, stop the HZ-II air grain separator immediately and check it. After troubleshooting, start working again.

2、When the twisted dragon is blocked, the lower cover should be opened to remove light impurities.

3、Before all rotating parts are shut down, it is strictly forbidden to touch the human body parts, and the windings that may hurt the human body are not allowed to be close to the rotating parts.

4、The motor of the HZ-II air grain separator should be oiled when the twisting dragon decelerates.

5、Increase or decrease the weights according to the food feeding situation to ensure smooth work.

6、Frequently remove dust from the dust box.

7、When the HZ-II air grain separator is not in use, clean it and put it in a ventilated and dry place.
