The grain enters the vibrating screen from the hopper of the mobile cleaning vibrating screen. The clean grain falls on the belt of the conveyor equipped in the equipment, and is sent out of the vibrating screen equipment through the conveyor. After the primary cleaning, the material is cleaned by the circulating fan to clean the light impurities and dust in the material, and the entire screening work is completed.

1. Preparation of mobile cleaning vibrating screen and circulating air separator before use

1.1 Before use, check the rotation direction of the vibration motor of the mobile cleaning vibrating screen, and the two vibration motors must rotate in the opposite direction at the same time. Both motors have interlocking devices and must be started or closed at the same time.

1.2 Check whether all fixed handles and bolts are tightened. The locking handle should be in the locking position.

1.3 Check whether the rubber spring of the mobile cleaning vibrating screen has the phenomenon of skewness, detachment or deformation is large. If the above situation is found, the rubber spring should be adjusted or replaced in time.

1.4 Protective cover should be installed on each transmission part of the air separator.The fan steering should be correct.

After the preparation is completed, the inspection is confirmed, and the 380V power running device can be turned on.

2.1 After this grain cleaning equipment is running 3 to 5 minutes, it can begin to accept the feed.

2.3 After the work is completed, all motors should stop, and then start the anti-stretch vibration pump press the "internal screen cleaning" button, and hold down without leaving, last for 5 minutes, interval for 2 minutes. It is also possible to perform "internal screen cleaning" in the downtime.

1. Support the stabilization rod of the mobile cleaning vibrating screen and adjust the frame body of the device to be horizontally.

2. When adding a material in a mobile cleaning vibrating screen, please pay the intermediate position of the hopper to ensure that the material is not out of equipment.

3. Check whether the shield of the transmission member of the mobile cleaning vibrating screen is firm.

4. Check if the electrical box of the mobile cleaning vibrating screen is obviously abnormal.

5. Make sure the power supply is three-phase 380V, start the transmisson motor - auger moter - fan motor - vibrating motor, and check whether the steering is correct.

6. The equipment should be in the case of a no-load for 10 minutes, and there is no abnormality.

7. It is strictly forbidden to overload the grain cleaning equipment, and the feeding should be terminated. After the material is discharged, it can be stopped.

8. Turn off the fan motor - auger motor - transmission motor, and then close the vibrating motor after 15 minutes.

9. After the grain cleaning process is completed, all motor is stopped, press the "internal screen cleaning" button and  hold down without leaving, last for 5 minutes, interval for 2 minutes. It is also possible to perform "internal screen cleaning" in the downtime.

Surface treatment and painting of steel components
