The product is driven by motor, uses voltage of 380V, and uses pulley and v-belt drive. So you must pay great attention to safety during use.

• Persons who do not master the characteristics and safe operation requirements of this machine are strictly forbidden to operate.

  
  

• The ground power line adopts electric cable. When using the ordinary line, there should be no damage and meet the insulation requirements. The empty frame should be more than 2.5 meters above the ground. The machine body is well grounded to prevent electric shock.

  
  

• Check the machine carefully before the operation, install the protective cover, and no load run it for 8 to 10 minutes. If you find problem, you should cut off the power immediately and fix it in time.

  
  

• It is strictly forbidden to put your hand into the feed inlet and moving parts during the operation; the operator should be serious and responsible, stick to the post, and can eliminate it in time if there is a problem.

  
  

• During the operation, if you do not select seeds or power outage in the middle of long time, you must cut off the power supply to prevent accidents.

  
  

• In the process of operation, if you want to clean or remove the blockage, you must first cut off the power supply and wait for the machine to stop to avoid pinching your fingers.

Preparations before starting

（1）Site treatment: The site where the entire set of equipment is placed should be conducive to operation, maintenance and dust emission, and its ground should be flat and solid. 

（2）Equipment placement:

First check whether the bolts of the equipment used are loose, be sure to tighten;

Place the air sieve specific gravity grain separator cleaner and conveyor on the same level ground, then put the feet of the cleaner down, adjust the screw to raise the frame, unload the front and middle wheels, and level the frame. Otherwise, the horizontal inclination will cause the screen surface material to be concentrated on one side, which will affect the ergonomics and quality of the selected species; the specific placement of the hoist and dust removal system can be determined on site.

Pack the dust collecting bag at the end of the fan exhaust pipe and tie it firmly. Be careful not to seal the end of the bag, otherwise it will cause the dust not to be discharged and reduce the capacity of the fan.

（3）Idling running of equipment

Before connecting the power, first remove each protective cover, move the transmission part and the air volume adjustment handle by hand (pay attention to safety), check whether it is flexible, if not flexible, check the cause and eliminate it.

Connect the external power supply and close the air switch, and operate in strict accordance with the safety technical requirements to ensure safety; start each motor button separately, observe the rotation direction of the fan according to the Use and Adjustment Article 4, and reconnect the wiring if it is incorrect. Then install and secure each shield.

The equipment is idle for 8 to 10 minutes, and no abnormality can be found before feeding.

Use and adjustment

1  The parking place should be flat, solid and reasonable during the operation of the machine, and the seed transportation route should be planned, with sufficient operation, maintenance and repair positions. At the same time, because there is a lot of dust during the operation, the parking position of the grain separator should be considered for the convenience of dust discharge. When working indoors, the exhaust duct must be led to the outdoor. When working outdoors, you should find sheltered place to park. Pay attention to placing the air outlet of the machine downwind to reduce the impact of wind on the cleaning effect. When the wind speed is greater than three levels, you should consider installing wind barrier.

2   An outlet elbow is installed at the outlet of the fan, and an exhaust pipe is installed on it. In order to ensure the environmental sanitation of the working room, a special dust collecting bag is equipped and connected to the end of the exhaust pipe. It is strictly forbidden to seal the bag. If working indoors, the bag outlet must be led out of the room.

3   When the air sieve specific gravity grain separator enters the construction site, be sure to put the feet down when using it, and use the screw to raise the frame to unload the front and middle wheels. The vertical and horizontal directions of the rack should be leveled. The horizontal inclination will cause the screen surface material to be concentrated on one side, which has a greater impact on the selection efficiency and quality.

4  Idling test: After this grain cleaning and separation machine is firmly secured at the work site, see if the direction of the bellows is correct. If the bellows pulley runs clockwise, it is the correct direction of operation. For the direction of fan rotation, see the factory logo on the fan. The screen box drive motor has no direction of operation.

5  Adjustment of cob discharge: There is a set of cob discharge prevention device in the cob discharge port, which is composed of pressing plate, rotating shaft and adjusting knob. Adjusting the position of the knob on the rotating shaft can suppress the discharge of the cob, and adjust the residence time of the ear of corn in the threshing chamber to improve the removal rate.

6   Adjusting the air volume of the air duct: each of the windshield door and the discharge door has an air volume adjustment valve, which can be adjusted by rotating the valve. The amount of air volume is proportional to the weight of the seed itself.

7  Mesh pieces replacement: When threshing and cleaning seeds are replaced, sieve replacement is required. When replacing the mesh pieces, first loosen the baffle that fixes the sieve frame, tighten the bolts, pull out the mesh pieces frame, you can change the required mesh pieces, and then fix the bolt and install it.

1．All bearings should be lubricated once after working for one season.

2．If the sieve is not used for a long time, it should be taken out of the sieve box and kept properly.

3．After the end of a working season, or when changing varieties, the remaining  materials and grains in the machine should be cleaned to avoid mixing.

4．When the machine is being overhauled, a professional with a certain technical level should  be asked for guidance.

5．Regularly (6 months) add grease or lubricating oil to the lubrication part of the air sieve specific gravity grain separator;

6.  The air sieve specific gravity grain separator should be kept clean during use, and the floating dust on the surface should be cleaned regularly. Regularly check whether there are abnormalities such as wear, tear, cracks, and bending. If abnormalities are found, replace or repair;

7. The air sieve specific gravity grain separator shall be checked once every quarter during use, and overhauled once a year;

8. The air sieve specific gravity grain separator  should be placed in a ventilated and dry place when not in use.
