Operation steps of environmental protection vibrating screen(also can be called vibrating sieve):
1. Support the stable screw rod of the environmental protection vibrating screen and adjust it to make the frame horizontal.
2. When feeding the environmental protection vibrating screen, please aim at the middle of the hopper to feed the material.
3. Check whether the protective cover of the transmission part of the vibrating screen equipment is firm.

5. After ensuring that the power supply is three-phase 380V, start the conveying motor of the vibrating screen equipment-auger motor-fan motor-vibration motor, and check whether the steering is correct.
6. The vibrating screen equipment should runs for 10 minutes without any load, and can only be put into operation after there is no abnormality.
7. Turn off the fan—auger motor—conveying motor of the vibrating screen equipment in turn, and turn off the vibrating motor after 15 minutes.
Repair and maintenance
1. After the environmental protection vibrating screen is turned on, the operation of the machine should be checked, and the material can be fed only if there is no abnormality. If abnormality is found, it will be shut down for maintenance.
2. After a period of time, check whether the temperature of the motor and the bearing are within the specified range.
3. The bearing part of the environmental protection vibrating screen is cleaned and refueled every six months.
