Surface treatment and painting of steel components:

Repair and maintenance
1. After the environmental protection vibrating screen is turned on, the operation of the machine should be checked, and the material can be fed only if there is no abnormality. If abnormality is found, it will be shut down for maintenance.
2. After a period of time, check whether the temperature of the motor and the bearing are within the specified range.
3. The bearing part of the environmental protection vibrating screen is cleaned and refueled every six months.
4. When the vibrating screen equipment is out of service, completely remove impurities and dirt, conduct a comprehensive inspection and maintenance, perform anti-rust treatment, and seal it for use.
