2. Transport between car and train

[Scope of application]: Transporting bulk grains from grain vehicle to trains

[Processing capacity]: grain vehicle to train (single transportation line can transport 50-200 tons of bulk grain, 0-1200 packages of grain per hour, or fill two 20-foot containers)

[Device Configuration]:

Work process:

Grain is unloaded from the special grain unloading port on the car to the hopper of the Moblie packaged and bulk grain belt conveyor by gravity, and then directly transported to the grain entrance of the professional grain transport carriage to complete the process of conveying grain into the train, which can form 50 -200 tons of grain transportation capacity per hour. Option 2, the car does not have a grain unloading device:

Work process:

Tips: At present, the containers used to carry grain are mainly divided into two types: international standard containers and special bulk grain containers. The 20-foot (6.096 m) and 40-foot (12.192 m) international standard dry cargo containers are two commonly used international standard containers in grain transportation. Although the length and volume of the two containers are different, the difference in the carrying capacity of the grains is not the same. When the train with a load of 60 t is also used for transportation, the load efficiency of the train is only 50% when the 40-foot standard container is used to transport grain, while the 20-foot standard container is 80%.
Therefore, the current grain containers are mainly 20-foot standard containers.

Work process:

1. When the car has its own grain unloading device, first use a container turnover machine to turn the container with 90 degrees and stand it up.
