1. The electrical control box of this mobile loading conveyor is a device that can accommodate electrical components such as the motor start button. The motor is started at full pressure. The box panel is equipped with start and stop buttons and other necessary buttons, indicator lights and power switch operating handles. The electrical control box is designed as a double-layer steel door sealed structure, which can prevent dust and water, and is equipped with anti-overload and anti-phase protection devices. The external cable adopts a special waterproof and dustproof power supply quick connector, which is convenient for maintenance and reduces electrical maintenance work.(Electrical control box can be customized)

2.  All electrical protection grades are T4, IP54, and insulation grades are F grade.

3. The box body is welded with stainless steel plate, the thickness of the steel plate is 0.8mm, and the outer shell has internal and external grounding bolts. If the power distribution box adopts explosion-proof type, the grade reaches DIP A21.

4.  The air circuit breaker meets the operating requirements of the load nature in the AC3 standard, and the load nature of the contactor is not less than the AC3 standard. The thermal relay can withstand the vibration of the contactor and equipment during normal operation.

1. The surface of the steel components of the mobile loading conveyor is shot blasted, and the steel surface is free of visible grease, dirt, oxide scale, iron, zinc, and paint coatings. Any remaining traces are only points. Slight stains like striated or streaks.

2. The primer of mobile loading conveyor adopts brushing process, and the top coat adopts spraying process.

3. The coating of primer and middle layer of mobile loading conveyor are free of defects such as pinholes, bubbles, cracks, wrinkles, shedding, sagging, and paint leakage. The finish is uniform, bright and complete.
