Commissioning and installation

1. Before turning on the multi-function steering grain unloader, check whether all the fasteners are fastened.

2. Turn on the switch of the grating and conveying motor to see if the direction of rotation is correct.

3. Start the motor of the grain picking and conveying part, and check the tightness of the conveying and grain picking belt and whether it runs off. If you find the above phenomenon, you can adjust the adjustment wire drawing at both ends separately until the belt does not run off and the tightness is appropriate.

Surface treatment and painting of steel components
