How to store grain safely in a grain warehouse?（一）

Which aspects should be paid attention to?

The eight-character policy of China's safe storage grain - "Prevention is main, comprehensive control". In fact, in order to implement the "Who is stored, who is responsible; who destroys the food, who is responsible", standardizing grain and oil storage operation and management behavior, ensuring grain and oil safety storage, the State Grain Bureau in 2016 The "Code of Grain and Oil Safety" has been issued (hereinafter referred to as "Code").

一，Grain entry and quality control

1, Grain entering job preparation

Before the grain is entering into grain warehouse,the management department should check the grain warehouse,confirm that the warehouse has no damage, leakage, and not get damp.The doors and windows and lights can be used normally;Cleaning grain warehouse ,When there is live insects need to be vacated warehouse,and use the the insecticide allowed in the country to carry out insecticide.

Develop an empty warehouse insecticidal program, implement it, and do a good job of isolation. The empty tranquil insecticide and the amount are shown in Table 1.

The equipment management department should clean and debug equipment to ensure the normal operation of transportation and warehousing processes during operation.

2, Quality requirements for grain that entering into warehouse

During process of grain warehousing,take the sample of grain according to batch.(can choose to use the intelligent truck probe of HuaZhong Machinery),detecting grain moisture and impurity content.The grain moisture content that entering to warehouse should be appropriately controlled below the local safety moisture content.

The impurity content should be strictly controlled within 1.0%. For the water, the impurity content exceeds the standard, it should be dried, cleaned up, and after the requirements are reached,they can enter to the warehouse.

The grain that entering to the warehouse should be stored separately according to the type, level and harvest year. Grain that has been infected with pests should be stored separately and processed according to the inexterity grade.

3, Grain entering job requirements

The working process mainly includes quality inspection, taking samples;weight detection;setting up ventilation duct;unloading and cleaning grains;quality sampling;transportation into the grain warehouse.

In the process of grain entering the warehouse,improve the level of mechanization,and take effective measures to reduce automatic grading(when grain into the shallow silo or normal silo,using distributor and decompression tube),and prevent the Displacement of  the temperature measurement cable.Do a good pest control, rodent control, anti-bird work.Strengthen dust removal and dustproof for the whole process, protect the environment.

二、the environment inspection and the prevention and treatment of the mouse and bird

1,Environmental inspection

It should check that there is no residual grain, garbage, sewage, weed, etc. in the area of grain depot, and clean it in time; the staff should arrange in the night to check whether the roof ,wall,door,and window,retaining wall of warehouse is good,especially in Should arrange whether the staff is patrol, check the top, the wall, doors and windows, the wall, etc.; Especially under the harsh conditions such as wind, rain and snow.Timely check the warehouse facilities, ventilation equipment, fumigation equipment, gas-adjusting systems,block mouse board, anti-bird and insect nets, to ensure that the facilities traits in good condition, normal use.

2. Anti-mouse measures

Clean and maintain the environmental hygiene in the grain depot area; Reinforce the floor around the warehouse,blocking mouse cave;Compacting the warehouse floor, wall, slit holes at the eaves;Mounting anti-mouse plate at the door of the grain warehouse.

3.Rodent control measures

(1) trap: the Rodent trap with bait (Mouse clamp,glue board;, mouse cage, etc.) is placed on the mouse activity line to trap and kill the mouse.

(2) Poison killing: mix rodent poison into the grain that rats like to eat, or purchase poisonous rodent bait and place it in a place where rats often haunt to poison the rats.

(3) Fumigation: After sealing the equipment warehouse and transportation tools (ships, wagons, etc.), add aluminum phosphide, chloropicrin, dichlorvos and other fumigants as required to fumigate and kill mice.

4. Anti-bird measures

Hang anti-bird curtains on warehouse doors; install anti-bird nets at warehouse windows, exhaust fan openings, circulation fan covers, simple warehouse cornices and top vents; all wall-through pipes and both ends of the cable ducts in the power distribution room should be densely treated; The electrical box door should be dense and seamless.
