When transporting the fixed grain truck probe, first move the sampling car to a position close to the column and move the sampling rod to the lowest position. Avoid scratching accidents during transportation, and pay attention to the safety of equipment and people.

2. Equipment installation of fixed grain truck probe

When installing the fixed grain truck probe, you should align the flange bolt holes under the column with the anchor bolts, and then tighten the nuts. At the same time, pay attention to whether the rotation space of the rotating arm is sufficient. After the truck probe is installed, connect the grain suction tube to the micro suction tube.

2) Start the grain sucker of the truck probe.

3) The work of the mobile grain truck probe can be controlled by the buttons on the workbench panel, such as the lifting and lowering of the sampling rod, the front and back movement of the sampling car, and the rotation of the steering arm to the left and right.

When the operator leaves the operation table of mobile grain truck probe, the remote control can be used to operate the sampling rod, the movement of the sampling car, and the rotation of the steering arm.

3. Maintenance of mobile grain truck probe

1) After long-term use, the chain of the mobile grain truck probe must be lubricated with oil.

2) The filter inside the filter cartridge of the mobile grain truck probe must be cleaned after every 50 cartons of grain are sampled.

3) The user and keepers of the mobile grain truck probe should always check whether the suction pipe of the mobile grain truck probe is leaking due to wear and tear. If similar problems occur, they should be replaced in time.

7) When this grain sampler is stuck and cannot go up and down, turn the rotating arm once to escape the dead point.

8) Regularly check the tightness of the pressing block of drive plate and sampling rod during use.

9) The hydraulic oil and lubricating oil used should be selected according to the different cold and heat of the regional climate.
