Structural features
The intelligent grain turning-over machine is mainly composed of a drive motor, a balance plate, and a screw conveyor. The drive motor is placed on the top of the balance plate. The screw conveyor is connected to the drive motor through the balance plate. The adjustment board is installed symmetrically on both sides of the drive motor on the top of the balance plate,

Working principle
The rear side of the balance plate of the intelligent grain turning-over machine is equipped with a grain discharge port. Under the action of the drive motor, the screw conveyor transports the grain at the bottom of the grain pile from the deep part of the grain layer to the grain discharge port and generates a forward thrust to push the intelligent grain turning-over machine to drive.While the screw conveyor conveys the grain upwards, the grain inside the grain layer is constantly experiencing "convection" phenomenon.
It can not only loosen the compaction on the surface of the grain layer, but also improve the ventilation effect of the grain pile.In particular, the moisture gradient value of the grain near the grain surface changes more obviously. The balance plate is also equipped with multi-machine connecting pipes, which can realize the combination of multiple intelligent grain turning-over machine and use them together.
Production instruction
First put all the intelligent grain turning-over machine and its components on the surface of the grain floor of the granary, and place the drive motor horizontally.
And make sure that the grain discharge port of the equipment is facing downwards. At this time, connect the screw end of the screw conveyor to the drive motor and tighten it. Then turn on the external power supply of the warehouse turning machine, stand at the motor end and observe whether the screw conveyor rotates clockwise. If it rotates clockwise, it is normal.Then pull up the manual handle of the intelligent grain turning-over machine,so that the screw conveyor can be slowly inserted into the grain layer, until you feel that the intelligent grain turning-over machine has a tendency to automatically insert downwards in your hand.you can release the manual handle and operate the remote control. When the balance plate of the intelligent grain turning-over machine is close to the horizontal position, the product starts to walk. During normal walking, all the left and right boards are raised to the highest point. When the product needs to turn to the left, the remote control left board is down, and when it turns to the required position, the left board is raised again. The same goes for turning to the right.
When the intelligent grain turning-over machine is finished and needs to be shut down, do not cut off the power of the equipment first. You should step on the top plate of the grain outlet of the product,and at the same time pull the manual handle and handle until the screw conveyor is lifted out of the surface of the grain layer. Turn off the power again.
When you need to work continuously, change the warehouse for operations, or when the equipment is not in use and need to be stored, you need to use a special tool to separate the screw conveyor and the drive motor.
